John- You'll have to keep hiding that KB update each time you manually run the windows update program- even though we hide it- it keeps coming back trying to sneak it's way into our download/update-

I have followed the directions outlined in the last post (authored by a FReeper from a previous thread) and I have never seen that offensive pop-up or its root update again. It has been 6-8 weeks of pop-up free existence.

Once a week, I look for updates from MS to manually install and that offensive update has never reappeared.

Thanks for the list of added offenders.

I just recently updated my list of windows update- didn’t install any yet- and noticed that the offending update was back in the list- I had to re-hide it- I’m assuming it’s going to come back again every time I update the update list-
