It may be a problem at THEIR end, not yours.

Before you do anything drastic — like paying money to scammers — give it some time. Check the web. Look for other comments regarding that particular website.

Thanks for the input. She got it working again by loading an error fixer for $30. BTW, it’s the NML online game. Yes, it’s an old XP machine that is totally obsolete, but then, when you run no sophisticated utilities, why upgrade for $XXX?
