University holds segregated retreats to build racial tolerance

In an effort to promote racial tolerance, Oregon State University is hosting two “social justice retreats” this weekend—one for white students, and another for students of color.

According to The Daily Caller, both retreats will take place from Friday to Sunday, during which time white attendees will learn about concepts such as “white privilege,” “microaggressions,” and “institutional racism,” while the retreat for non-white students will also focus on “[empowering] students of color.”

The “Examining White Identity” retreat—which is reserved exclusively for students who “self-identify” as white—“focuses on White identity development, White privilege, and oppression in both personal and institutional contexts, while introducing strategies to dismantle oppressive systems,” according to an online summary.

After being briefed on those concepts, the description continues, participants “will look at ways that understanding these issues will help us address White privilege and oppression in ourselves and with other White people and become better allies for social justice.”

A quick glance seems to indicate that Whites will learn how good they got it, how bad they are, and how guilty they should feel.

Non-Whites will learn how good Whites got it, how bad Whites are, and how mad non-Whites should be at Whites unless the Whites become slaves and try to destroy themselves so emotionally crippled/social misfit non-Whites can feel better about themselves...

Add that to Philly's mayor coming out with a diatribe on how the Muslim that tried to assassinate a police officer, claiming allegiance to ISIS and saying his religion demanded it, had nothing to do with Islamic terrorism or the religion - zip/zero/nada.

One would assume that the Philly police force is not thrilled with its mayor...

Alice visited a far saner world than we exist in today...

We can make a difference - if we're willing to actually act for a change...

We need to ensure we don't get another Obama-like America Hater as the next President.
The best way to ensure that is to actively support a candidate as the next President.
I prefer Cruz and my money goes to his campaign, hence the Cruz link. If you like someone else, donate to him/her (find your own link to do it) and if you use FR and don't donate, then please don't complain about the welfare leeches or those who have Obama Phones because, functionally, you are no different than any other who enjoys the fruits of others' work for your own benefit.

Bizarro world; our ruling class doesn’t even hide their contempt for us anymore. The perp VERY CLEARLY SAID HE DID IT BECAUSE OF ISLAM (because the police uphold laws that are incompatible with Islam), and the mayor speaks as though that bit of information wasn’t already broadcast on the same news networks as his denial.
