EBT cards have a lot of cash on them..

they can be used in liquor stores...

there are no limits on what the cash can be used for...

I was referring to EBT’s used for food. Food stamps (SNAP) placed on the EBT card can only be used for food...no liquor, no toiletries. In the US, some people also get cash assistance placed on EBT’s (for children), and, yes, that could be used for anything.

Regardless, I was referring to some sort of benefit card that could only be used for food items. Giving these refugees/invaders choices on how to spend other people’s money is ridiculous. THey should never be given cash. Germany needs to rethink how they are going to administer benefits.
