If Clinton goes down, Obama catches flak.

I predict Lynch will not prosecute, and there will be a big shake-up in the FBI.

Maybe revolt inside the FBI, whereby much detail is leaked to Republican operatives?

It is important to keep in mind, the standards of ethics concerning any form of tort are vastly different between democrats and republicans. If a Republican is “investigated” they may have to resign. If they are “indicted” it’s a certainty. For Democrats, convictions along with tape recordings and video as well as prison sentence does not affect their immediate or future political aspirations.

Hillary could still campaign and take office right up until she was convicted of a felony and sentenced to jail time. I doubt that will ever happen.

"The Whitewater controversy (also known as the Whitewater scandal, or simply Whitewater) began with investigations into the real estate investments of Bill and Hillary Clinton and their associates, Jim and Susan McDougal, in the Whitewater Development Corporation, a failed business venture in the 1970s and 1980s."

Whitewater Convictions

Jim Guy Tucker: Governor of Arkansas at the time, removed from office (fraud, 3 counts)

John Haley: attorney for Jim Guy Tucker (tax evasion)

William J. Marks, Sr.: Jim Guy Tucker's business partner (conspiracy)

Stephen Smith: former Governor Clinton aide (conspiracy to misapply funds). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Webster Hubbell: Clinton political supporter; Rose Law Firm partner (embezzlement, fraud)

Jim McDougal: banker, Clinton political supporter: (18 felonies, varied)

Susan McDougal: Clinton political supporter (multiple fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

David Hale: banker, self-proclaimed Clinton political supporter: (conspiracy, fraud)

Neal Ainley: Perry County Bank president (embezzled bank funds for Clinton campaign)

Chris Wade: Whitewater real estate broker (multiple loan fraud). Bill Clinton pardoned.

Larry Kuca: Madison real estate agent (multiple loan fraud)

Robert W. Palmer: Madison appraiser (conspiracy). Bill Clinton pardoned.

John Latham: Madison Bank CEO (bank fraud)

Eugene Fitzhugh: Whitewater defendant (multiple bribery)

Charles Matthews: Whitewater defendant (bribery)

Ultimately the Clintons were never charged, but 15 other persons were convicted of more than 40 crimes, including Bill Clinton's successor as Governor, who was removed from office.[40]

I did not think that Omoron would be elected the first time around. I thought the American people were smart enough to see through his veneer. Then he got re-elected and I knew this country was on it’s way down, just like the fall of Rome. Therefore, it would not surprise me one bit if Hillary Clinton became president of the USA. She will destroy this country just as Angela Merkel is doing to Germany.

I don’t believe there will be any indictments.

That said, on the 1% chance and there is no other candidate, is Warren able to even make it on the ballots for Dem primaries in all states?

Much like the Bergdahl court matial decision is a way for the military to reveal their disdain for Obama's actions without violating their own code, the FBI may be doing the same as a result of both Obama's imperial rule and the past misbehavior of the Clintons.

And of course there is the law...........Which both have always thumbed their noses at.

Not holding my breath. I’m not saying she doesn’t deserve indictment, I’m saying I find it highly unlikely she will be indicted.

“...a historic political collapse not seen since the days of Nixon.”

Now there’s a turn of irony for you, given Hillary’s role in Nixon’s pending impeachment/resignation from office.

You can see the movement in the news days prior to this obvious FBI leak through a retired U.S attorney.

1. The article stating that Hillary exploited a loophole — sets up the narrative that they did nothing wrong, just used the good old Clinton brain trust that it’s our fault.

2. The talk about the Clinton aide that took the 5th, is now refusing to produce documents under the 5th. This looks like the fall guy.

3. Leon Panetta endorses Hillary Clinton the week he’ll be re-visit the Benghazi panel.

The FBI and DOJ are firmly in Obama’s corrupt pocket. I stand more of a chance of being indicted for Hillary’s e-mails.

The head of the FBI seems to be fairly independent, which is good. However, the FBI can’t indict anybody, in this case the Atty General will have to sign off. That won’t happen. Regardless of the evidence, no Democrat is going to indict the leading Presidential candidate.

“...to prevent what would be a historic political collapse not seen since the days of Nixon.”

That might have been true decades ago, but no longer applies to this populace.
