I have a question: what happens when bureaucrats start acting against the American People based on this "legally meaningless" "guidance" fomented by the President?

I guess I'm just supposed to believe that 0bama is simply employing fascist scare tactics in order to intimidate private citizens who might want to privately sell a firearm once in a while. It's just "showboating".

Words mean things. Words can influence the behavior of private citizens as well as federal employees.
