Does the film address the reason why a bear would rape a man? Has that ever happened in real life? The whole concept is so ludicrous and DiCaprio somehow trying to give it credence means he’s nuts.

I don’t think it has ever happened and I don’t believe anyone in history has ever entered the woods concerned that they might be raped by a bear.
