You *are* very spoiled, dp0. Right on the ocean, the most vibrant city in the US right at your feet. Anyplace else would probably feel like BFE.

worked in the Twins, Rockefeller Plaza (saw the tree every day for ten years).
the WTC was always awesome to me. Never got old being at its doorstep looking up.
used to love to walk after work at 3am all the way to the ferry from Rock Plaza. A few people, the police and the cabs.
But this middle aged man wants some peace. PA is looking good.
