It turns off more than just casual fans. I'm 62 and have been a fan of the NFL since 1960 and it turns me off.

It's really too bad both teams could not have lost last night and, yes, I watched the entire thing.

The NFL goes to great efforts to promote their public appeal with things like the Walter Payton Award, publicizing charity efforts by players, positively portraying them in the press.

All that work is for nothing when players play like they did last night.

There were guys intentionally trying to hurt other guys by blows to the head and multiple players were completely out of control.

Cincinnati should fire Marvin Lewis and place Burfict on wavers today. Burfict acted like a lunatic on the field and Lewis didn't bench him.

This and all the other garbage that occurred on the field last night combined with that Giant-Panther fiasco has undone all the public relations efforts the NFL has engaged in for the entire season.

I like football but I don't like what's happening to it.

Yesterday on one of the half-time shows they said... the Seahags were 0-13 in games where the temp was below 20 degrees--

So, that why I changed my pick... to the Viqueens.
