The Avery family was kept off their land for 8 days during the execution of a search warrant. 8 days!
Avery’s arrest took place 1 day before the judge and district attorney were to be deposed for his wrongful imprisonment.
Proves nothing. Was Avery guilty?

And (at least according to the series) it sure seemed like Manitowoc County found a lot of evidence even after supposedly recusing themselves from the case.

Now I’m wary of shows with an agenda. But my take based on only the show was that at the very least the investigation was botched by allowing Manitowoc the role they had.

How can you tie someone to a bed, rape them and then stab them and cut their throat and no blood or DNA was found. Same in the garage. This trailer he lived in was not something out of American Homes and Gardens. And the mattress looked well used. No evidence on the bed posts either.
