By this pernicious persecution of 2 men who have already served time on what I see as trumped up charges, we are witnessing yet another act by the federal government to tyrannize citizens.

Playing fast and loose with the facts there. If you can't win your argument on the merits, sometimes it is better to stay quiet. When you have to result to falsehoods to win, your position isn't worth defending.
