Turing thought computers would advance to the point where they could win the imitation game most of the time by the year 2000, and he got that pretty much right. What he couldnât have predicted was that political correctness would strip away so much of human identity, and make communication so awkward, that the millennial generation of humans would begin failing his test.
It is very difficult to tell the difference between a Social Justice Warrior and a bot program based solely on their discourse. It would be a simple matter to write a program that searches the Internet for certain keywords and generates realistic SJW rants.
Indeed, online mobs often use tools such as bot programs, fake social media accounts, and spam email generators to inflate their numbers and make themselves look like a far more formidable presence than the actual number of humans involved in the movement would suggest. Even many of the humans involved in these mob actions are essentially behaving as bots â mindlessly re-Tweeting rants and hyperlinks, instantly working themselves into a fury against people they donât know, over issues they donât understand.

;) Oh, I’m a member of the Brotherhood. I also have four complete sets of power armor and frames standing around gathering dust in Home Plate. I think the only time I had to use one was killing Cabot’s father. Tough to take down.
If you have a liberal head between them it ‘is’ sorta fun.
Not too messy since there’s nothing in their head to splatter. The downside is all the stupid and evil gets released so you gotta do it with caution and a HAZMAT plan.
I personally HAZ joy in seeing them on the MAT. I HAZ a dream...
Lotsa them scattered about in isolated places waiting for intrepid explorers. I had several. One of each and spares.
I like to think of PC as groupthink done on purpose. Which brings up the question, why on earth would anyone want to do groupthink on purpose?! Do they imagine this isn’t going to get away from them and take on a life of its own? Which I suppose argues against failing the Turing test, at least from an aggregate standpoint. So I guess the point then really, of PC, is to reduce human thought to something sub-human and not capable of evidencing independence. Does groupthink qualify as an artificial intelligence I wonder? If so, and witch hunts, tulip mania, and the South Sea bubble are what’s in store, better be careful what you wish for!
...A phenomenon that has become readily apparent here on FR over the past few months - stirred up by fresh election cycle crowd pushing trolls. It really is an interesting, yet disturbing thing to watch unfold.
Just proof positive that more than half the country, including many on the right, want liberalism. Logic 101 - you do not fight for the opposite of that you want.
Many here fight for evil and couch it in the fig leaf of lesser, while many more refuse to speak up and tell them to go to hell because they value their social status more than principle.
They will not fight for anything even anonymously on the internet against people they do not know and will never meet. THAT is the depth of their conservatism, their love of country/patriotism and their principle. They will as they always do, stand by and let loud mouthed liberal plants direct the narrative and push people into electing liberals, then turn around and bitch for 4 years about what their cowaedace resulted in.
This is my analysis of how this conditioning is accomplished in the public school system:

Enjoy!
There is no better way of manipulating someone than agreeing with their own bad ideas.
I had a frame sitting outdoors today at Sanctuary when the settlement came under attack. Afterwards, to my astonishment, one of the settlers strode up to me wearing the power armor!
Yup, if it’s there and they need it, They’ll use it. I had it happen to me also.
It's a sad truth.
collectivists have degraded human thought and speech so much that machines are already better conversationalists. >>>>
collectively yes but individually not so.
Examples abound. Under communism one dared not be a recidivist, a revisionist, or a counter-revolutionary, at quite literally the cost of one's life. Nor is conservatism exempt: how many times do we read conformist accusations on FR that one is not a "true conservative"?
The issue is complicated somewhat in politics by the fact that reflexive refusal to adopt conformist attitudes is itself a form of conformism. Hence the contrarian: "the United States is always wrong" differs not one whit from "the United States is always right" and dances equally to the voice of authority, merely in the opposite direction. And is equally furious in denying it.
It is just that the ones who call us ‘mind-numbed robots” are themselves the ones following a program.
