Filmmaker Michael Moore has no doubt that Donald Trump will become the GOPâs 2016 presidential nominee.
âDonald Trump is absolutely going to be the Republican candidate for president of the United States,â he said, according to Business Insider.
âItâs gone from being a joke to becoming a serious reality,â Moore added. "Also, I think people are feeling more and more that weâve moved back into a darker time.â Moore then admitted that he is concerned about rallying the Democratic voter turnout necessary to defeat Trump next year.
âHis numbers are high because they are polling Republican voters, or likely Republican voters, in the primary,â he said.
âBut when they poll him against [Democratic presidential front-runner] Hillary Clinton or [Bernie] Sanders, he still does quite well,â Moore continued.
âI think thatâs in part because my side of the political fence is the slacker side of the fence. The difference is his side always shows up to vote. My side, not so much.â
Moore additionally suggested he favors Sandersâs chances over Clintonâs during the 2016 Democratic presidential primary.
âMy biggest concern about Hillary right now is her lack of inspiration,â the director said. "She doesnât get big crowds. Thereâs not a lot of excitement about her.
âToo many young people see her as the same-old, same-old politics,â Moore continued. "She is going to have to have a bit of what [President] Obama had and a bit of what Bernie has if sheâs going to be the candidate.
âI honestly believe that Bernie Sanders can be elected president of the United States. I think people will pour out in droves to elect him and thereâs just not enough angry white guys anymore over the age of 35 to put Trump in office.â
Moore has repeatedly criticized Trump since the billionaire formally launched his campaign last June.
The âFahrenheit 9/11â auteur most recently launched a social media campaign against Trumpâs proposed temporary ban on Muslims entering the U.S.
Michael Moore hopes and prays Trump will be the GOP nominee.
What’s the last thing Michael Moore ate?
An eating contest in Poughkeepsie?
What’s the last thing Michael Moore won?
An eating contest in Poughkeepsie?
(dang cut and paste)
Michael Moore hopes and prays a Republican wins in 2016 so he can emerge from the shadows he’s hidden in for the past 7 years.
He can go out and criticize the president again and get Hollywood to promote his anti-American propaganda once more.
Say, Michael, can you tell us ingerrant folk from which direction the sun will rise tomorrow?
We'd be ever so grateful.
Yes, and for the first time in 8 years, comedians will be able to make jokes about the president!
Angry white guys aren’t the only ones...angry white women, angry black men who can’t find jobs, angry black women who are tired of seeing their families trashed and out of work, angry legal hispanics who don’t want to be victims of the illegals anymore than anyone else does...and everybody of any color or sex who is tired of being lied to while being pick pocketed by the politicians.
Moore is trying to simplify the situation but he’s ignoring the depth of the problem.
“I honestly believe that Bernie Sanders can be elected president of the United States. I think people will pour out in droves to elect him and there’s just not enough angry white guys anymore over the age of 35 to put Trump in office.”
Says the angry white Commie over 35...
1) His electric razor; and/or
2) His tailor
I agree, Moore is hoping for a Trump presidency for new material for his own profitable career. Moore lost a lot in his divorce, didn’t he?
Mikey MoreLard is forgetting the angry white guys under 35 who are being told they can't be trusted with guns when they return from serving their country in uniform and whose sacrifices in battle are routinely dissed by the 'rats.
Shut up, you fat worthless turd.
I’m glad fatass gave us his opinion.
Now fatass can leave.
Moore needs to be careful what he wishes for. He just might get it.

That is what he wants. Because he knows that Trump is a stalking horse for Clinton, and that Trump with throw the election to Clinton (all the while making it look like she’s wiping the floor with him).
I think you’re delusional.
