The son was supposed to spend Christmas with his mother. He was visiting his father. At the last minute, he didn’t want to get on the plane to return home to his mother.

Maybe the son has a good reason. Or, maybe the father turned the son against his mother without good reason. For now, there’s no way for the judge to know.

So, the judge ordered the son to return for now but ruled that the son could challenge the custody arrangement in the future. It was a sound ruling.

Okay, you have better info than I. I am not much interested in Madonna or any of the celebrity types for that matter. However, I still say the mother would have been wise to let their son spend Christmas with his father if wanted to, but make sure it was understood he comes home for school in January. This was just not smart.

Maybe he didn’t want to get on an airplane out of safety concerns. For a judge to force any 15 year old to visit a mother like she probably is - raises eyebrows . . . nuff said
