Dickie Moore, a Hockey Hall of Famer who played on six Stanley Cup championship teams with the Montreal Canadiens and won two straight N.H.L. point-scoring titles, died on Saturday in Montreal. He was 84.

The Gordie Howe hat trick: one goal, one assist and one fight.
Gordie Howe, recovering from a stroke will probably be drafted for the 2017 season. And he would still be better than half the players currently in the NHL.
But seriously, Dickie Moore, great hockey player and Hall of Famer played on some great Canadians teams. I still root only for Original 6 teams.

May he rest in peace. I have several friends who’re die-hard Habs fans. They made sure our kids had little Habs (mock) sweaters. It will be a very sad time for them.
Rest in peace, Dickie Moore. I remember the good old days when he played, and he played well.
