Does anyone know the unicode for the bad characters (0x0060 for example)? And the unicode for the replace characters? I tried looking them up but without success. Given the unicode it is trivial to write a little java code to do a replacement.

Rubio has become the GOPe’s Great sorta White Hope. They are desperately trying to tag Cruz with something to bring down his growing poll numbers.
The GOPe will keep this sort of thing up until conservatives wash their hands of the party altogether.
