Magnificent effects, but by the time we've colonized the moon, Mars, and the asteroids for generations, wouldn't people be wildly different than they are now? Unimaginably different, maybe bizarre human-machine or genetically engineered beings?

I get that in a sense, human nature doesn't change, but would the 23rd century really have much room for Tom Jane doing his stale gumshoe routine with his little hat?

They do call the Belters “Long bones” because their arms and legs have gotten longer and thinner due to generations in the low gravity.

They can’t take the gravity of earth.
