Interesting the newspaper site disabled comments. The editors apparently have no interest in the reaction of subscribers.
I would speculate that the comments did not go in the direction the editors wanted them to go.
It’s a growing trend in the “media” industry these days to disable comments when pure evil is printed.
You’d be amazed how much they scrub stories too by outright lying.
