If you only ate romsine lettuce, or onky eggs, or only whatever, you would eventually end up wth deficiences. In a diet plan they are good things. Coconut oil is one of the best oils for your body. But not by itself, and not to an excess. And nobody today promotes it by itself or to excess as the way to go.

I think Americans are largely crazy when it comes to health. Remember the Medicine Man? The health beliefs of Americans, both ordinary and prominent, is really weird. Read some social history. Stonewall Jackson used to suck lemons, hold his right arm up in the air to balance his health, and take in the waters. Today we have anti immunization freaks, vitamin freaks etc.

That’s why I always eat at least one Hostess Twinkie with each 6-pack of beer I drink. It’s the old basic food groups. Fat, alcohol, sugar, beer, bacon, starch and so forth.
