Sounds like the shooting was from the PP Parking. someone was shot and was IN Elite Vision. Shot in Elite Vision or went INTO EV after being shot? Not clear.
I get the new york daily news and in the past few days theyve referenced this quote more than once so far. So desperate they are to advance this narrative:

Several reports said Dear used the phrase “no more baby parts” in rambling statements he made to investigators after his surrender.
On Saturday the suspect in the attack, Robert Lewis Dear, 57, reportedly told authorities “no more baby parts” - though his ramblings were so disjointed they didn’t point to a clear motive.
