I wondered that myself (satire).
But it could be that a different culture would think this is funny. Heck they probably don’t think Porky Pig cartoons are funny.

Who among the ISIS crowd:
- Has access to top-notch recording equipment
- ... and western-style musical instruments
- Would even consider making a music video in an American pop genre
- Much less, do it with gaudy colors, floating flower petals, etc.
- And sung in American English?
There's not a chance in the world this was done by a 16-yr old ISIS member.
