We've been bringing you The Power Index from Chris Stirewalt fairly regularly, especially when it shows recent movement/volatility.
The Real Story airs this each week, and it's not based on polls alone but many other factors, including momentum, money, strength of organization etc.
In this week's segment, Stirewalt has Trump moving up, but only to third. He has both Fiorina and Carson moving down. Cruz though he's had in the top spot for a few weeks running.
Won't it be interesting to see which tack the media takes in trying to take Cruz down? Whichever it is, I think the GOPe will try, perhaps surreptitiously, to aid them in that dishonorable pursuit.
I want to see McConnell clench his teeth as Cruz clenches the nomination.
I’m not terribly interested in this index or that opinion about who is going to win.
What matters is votes. Who is going to vote, and how are they going to vote?
I’m a Cruz guy, but this sound a lot like boosterism. I’m not above boosterism as an individual. But let’s call it what it is and not wrap it in some pseudo science.
I want to see Mitch grab his chest and pass out only to retire for "health reasons", as President Cruz revokes every one of Obama's presidential orders, and he dismantles five bureaucracies in his first day, before lunch!
I want to see Mitch “turtle face” McDumbo have a coronary—Matt Bevin can appoint the next senator.

Well, this is really a big change .. I used to get Stirewalts email every day, and he would barely even mention Cruz’s name.
This is truly amazing.
Oh .. and just to add a little snarky comment .. Megyn is interviewing Dr. Carson tonight .. WHY ..?? Because Ted Cruz has moved into 2nd place.
Well, I can’t wait to miss Megyn’s show AGAIN!
I just participated in my first telephone Presidential poll. It was quite lengthy on the issues.

And .. I agree; I no longer watch Megyn’s show.
I try to watch Fox&Friends, but without a DVR .. and then I heard a bombshell today .. can’t think of her name, but the main gal from Fox&Friends is leaving the show in Dec.
If they add another younger bimbo type .. then I’ll have to kiss them goodbye too [ that was what they did for the weekend F&F ].. and I can’t stand her .. but I really enjoy listening to Tucker Carlson (he really expresses my opinion the majority of the time).
