This week, on Louder With Crowder, we welcome Senator Ted Cruz in an exclusive, full-length, unedited interview. Some transcript highlights below, but the video is worth a watch. This is Ted Cruz unbuttoned, uncensored, and like youâve never seen him

On his direct challenge to Obamaâs attacks on him regarding Syrian refugees.
"Yesterday he attacked me, said I was âun-Americanâ, today he attacked me and said I was âoffensiveâ. All because Iâm saying what millions of Americans are saying across this countryâ
"I think it is lunacy when this administration canât vet them, has no idea who among them might be ISIS terrorists, but because of political correctness they want to bring them here anyway.â
On how heâs perceived in the media.
"This is me, the media doesnât want to show it. The media always wants to paint Republicans as either stupid or evil. And I guess for me Iâm somewhat encouraged they invented a third category for me which is âcrazyââ
On explaining the historical/political context of Climate Change
"Now Climate Change for a politician who wants power over your life is the perfect pseudo-scientific theory because it can never be disproven. If it gets hotter or colder, wetter or drier, whatever happens the magic theory is always right, and interestedly enough their solution is exactly the same as Global Cooling and Global Warming, it is massive government power over you and me and everybody else.â
He also discusses his love for Van Halen, Pink Floyd, Princess Bride and how he balances his faith and compassion with a strong stance on national security.
I will say this, Iâve been unsure about Ted Cruzâs electability for a while. On policy and principle, I align with him more than any other candidate. But to the undecided, heâs come across as a little stiff and manufactured. It was pivotal to become more relatable, and interactive. With this interview, he changed my mind.
Given the proper amount of time on a stage, I think this man would embarrass Hillary Clinton. I stand corrected.
When it comes to Ted Cruz, people generally do.
Thanks for the post.
... so you were pretty much looking for any excuse to post that, right?
Great cartoon, right on.
Thanks for posting.
Van Halen?! Just damn. I may have to reconsider my support for Ted
I won’t hold his love for Pink Floyd against him.
Van Halen?
YES!
/unashamed
Hahaha.
The old “meet me out behind the gym after school” line.
Sweet.
great interview
Nor will I. :-)
ping
I try.
Usually fail, but I try.
That is all any of us can do.
:)
Cruz always does good interviews. Two things. 1st, extreme Islam. In God’s eyes if you agree with an idea, you are complicit and will be held accountable which is why we must verbalize our disagreements. When God judged families for sacrificing to idols He included the young who gathered the firewood. Therefore, watch this video and adjust the bell curve in your brain about what is extreme.

Second. The issues during the debates. Not all issues are relative to a debate topic so with limited time constraints it cannot be expected to be a place for complete vetting of a candidate. Which would actually be a reason to have a debate on topics that are top issues but not covered in previous debates.
