I am not a Dr. Carson supporter but he is not stupid/idiot material. He just probably never spent much time thinking about stuff outside the medical profession or his religion.
Also, he maybe medicated for a mental condition to control anger, etc and that can explain his uber relaxed facial expressions and why he appears - well - medicated.
When you look at the people who have been
put into the slot of surgeon general. you
realize it is a show pony position needing
no medical background at all. I don’t think
Carson has the horsepower to even make a
decent SG. Let the poor guy go home.
The Surgeon General is mostly a titular head. I think he could become a decent head of Health and Human Services.
