We knew this was coming. The usual crowd will think it’s a joke. The surprise will be theirs.

Not a joke, but far more than just an attack on the heritage & values of the Founding Fathers.

While the terminology has varied from age to age, the idea that having owned slaves should somehow disqualify any one from being honored as a role model, guide or leader, would--if ever accepted generally--end civilization as we have known it. All of the Patriarchs in the Bible were, effectively, slave owners. All of the Legendary Kings of Europe--the benevolent ones, such as Charlemagne, Frederick Barbarossa, etc., were effectively slave owners.

At one time or another just about every people employed the equivalent of slavery in their agriculture. The idea of repudiating many generations of their historic development because of that passage, goes not to any conceivable principle of moral rectitude--indeed it is a variation of outright repudiation of the Fifth Commandment--but to a form of cultural chaos.

The war then, is not against America alone. It is an attack on the heritages of practically everyone on the planet. Embraced it creates an anti-experience culture, that will only lead to a variation of international communism, which forces collectivist egalitarianism as a replacement for that experience based value system, unique to each people, who understand the multi-generational pursuits necessary to advance as a people.
