The Volga Boatman riff at about 1:35 is a nice touch.

I discovered the Leningrad Cowboys, an eclectic Finnish band, years ago. I play their "Sweet Home Alabama" rendition with the Red Army choir, when my day is dragging and I want to get it back into an up tempo mode. These guys are great.
I prefer this version with the stripped suits and the go-go dancing ladies with the beehive hairdos. The video is not as good but boy do they rock! Enjoy.

Singing about Alabama is authentic for the Russkies. many of them grew up right next door to Georgia.

They know how to rock! Best 3 chord song ever.
Just a bit slow on the tempo. But I love the orchestra.
