The main reason police officers hate bodycams is because they don’t like recordings of how little work they actually do. 90% of police work is just sitting around. It’s not a surprise many are drawn to armed highway robbery, a plus being retirement by age 50.
Anyone saying No should get the first cameras else resign or be fired.
It is sometimes said that being a grunt is 99% boredom, and 1% pure terror!
