Pretty sure that the camel at the gas station is in Israel. They don’t have signs in Hebrew and license plates with Roman numerals in Dubai.

Those numbers you see 1 2 3 are Hindu-Arabic numerals and were invented by mathematicians in India. They were called “Hindu numerals”. They were later called “Arabic” numerals by Europeans, because they were introduced in the West by Arab merchants.
