When you first step into the harsh sunlight that greets every wanderer, you begin a mission. You must recover something that was taken from you; but with no understanding of the world as it currently exists, you must turn to its inhabitants.
At the same time, they are turning to you. You are a savior of sorts, one born from unknown depths and just so happens to have what it takes to help the people. Like all Fallout games in the past, this is where Fallout 4 excels.
You have the freedom to go and do as you please (for the most part). Within that free space, you can help or ignore others as you see fit. These choices comes with a price, though, as they always do.
...
You have other ways of interacting with the people and world, as well. The most notable of these are the settlements you can establish out in the Commonwealth. These bases will serve as storehouses, workshops, and bastions for people you save....Hard work is rewarded for those who take part in rebuilding the Wasteland, but this duty is never forced on you.

Enemy AI has gotten quite the bump. Theyâll flank, use cover, expose weaknesses, and they have some seriously good aim. More often than not, I found myself forced to be quick on my feet thanks to overconfidence and diving into situations I had absolutely no right to enter. Variety among large groups of enemies is also improved. Snipers, brawlers, suicide bombers, beasts, grenadiers, and more will constantly challenge, using the environment and their equipment to the best of their advantage.

Probably not the Apple Watch, but certainly the iPhone 6s it connects to is. . .
Did you play all three or four editions of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.?
It one of the best FPS ever made, innit?
I'm betting you get over it.
You are clearly on the wrong thread.
It’s probably probably hallucinating from the pain. He used to be an adventurer. Like you. but then he took an arrow to the knee.
It happens more often than you’d think.
I only have shadow of Chernobyl, and call of pripyat- didn’t get the clear sky one yet-
Yep- one of the best games out there (although quite dated graphics-wise- but I love the older less graphics intensive games myself)- very atmospheric eeery, etc-
Dues EX is a pretty fun game too- another free roaming game that’s fun to explore and sneak through trying not to be seen- I’ve only played the first dues ex game- which is VERY dated on graphics- (quite bad actually) and the AI isn’t very good- but still loads of fun- hopefully the newer Dues EX games the AI is better
Life officially sucks. The Magic brown truck of Happiness and or the USPS have denied me my right as an American to play F4 today.
I no HAZ!!! And no deliveries tomorrow!
Maybe the bombs will fall anyway and I can go out and play it for real.
I can download it from Steam but have too much work to do to play. Don’t want to start until there’s time to devote.
That great sucking sound you hear is free time being sucked into Fallout 4.
It’s a HUGE download. By the time I DL’d it, it would be here in 2 days.
Might have to go to town...
Don’t think of it as a time suck. Think of it as a reevaluation you the priorities in your life ;)
It’s worth the download wait, Norm...judging from the Twitch play I’ve seen.
How huge? I have a 100 Mb connection.
Calls for 30 Gig HD space so I am guessing at least 15-20 Gig. Sky at 8ish gigs is a 7 hour download under good conditions for me and I doubt the next few days will be good conditions.
I’m screwed.
Oh, great. I downloaded Fallout 4, optimized the video settings, and hit play. A message immediately popped up saying Fallout 4 is not working. That’s it.
Okay. I needed to run as administrator, but the desktop icon wouldn’t let me do that. Had to do a hard drive search for the Fallout executables and set the property from there. Works now.
Well Download it is.
The young Nord got the following from Amazon “Well it should be there by probably Friday. Or sometime next week. Call back if you don’t get in a couple weeks”.
This is what happens when liberals running retail companies offer preorders in June. You ‘probably” will get it about 2 weeks after the November release date.
Why is your connection for s***? SPEND A FEW QUARTERS AND BUY SOME FAST INTERNET! :)
Because I live in the middle of the desert about 100 miles from where your courier took a bullet to the forehead and it’s a miracle I have something better than 56K Dialup.
Limited options unfortunately.
Serves him right because he stole my sweetroll.
Well quit loligagging and it won’t be a problem! ;)
