Francis has said he expects his papacy to be short, and ends every weekly Angelus address with an exhortation to the world’s 1.2 billion Catholics to pray for him.

Jesus fell three times with the cross. (Hey, my pastor compared Francis to the prophet Amos, I’m just upping the ante.)

I think God is tripping him....just to remind him who’s boss.

We may disagree with Pope Francis on some political issues, but we can all pray for his health and well-being, and for God to bless him and to guide him in wisdom for all of us.

Well, I have serious issues with Pope Francis but I certainly hope he’s physically okay.

stopping his fall with his outstretched hands... A bit off-topic, but that statement makes me cringe, as that's a good way to break a wrist. Happened to a relative of mine, and he was no oldster. He was about 20 at the time.
Just don't ask me what the alternative is...

Retire? Three Popes in 5 years??
Has that ever happened before?
What could that mean to all his ‘reform’ efforts?

Maybe God is telling him something
Maybe he is just freaking old. They really need to pick a Pope who is in their 40’s. I don’t understand why everyone wants these old crones in leadership position. Even America is about to elect an old President (Trump/Clinton) which is horrible for the country.

The headline in one of the newspapers was: “Pope dies yet again.”
There was speculation that one of them was poisoned.

Ironic it is the young warriors and our finest who sacrifice and die so that the feeble and old politicos may stay in power.
Hillary’s Village&Playground needs a good cleansing.
