I have read Trump's latest book ‘Crippled America’ really great book, and a lot of others....

He commented on Carson’s (admitted) knife and hammer attacks....and, only brought up anything about Carson, after Carson hit Trump for appearing on SNL.

In the US Constituion, art 1 sec 8 there is listed what the Federal Government can do-although I doubt if you know what they are called, but anyways. One specific is-To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations;
Question LADY. What are they reffering to when they list the Law Of NATIONS? What writtings brought that up? Can you break down what the LAW OF NATIONS means?
