Dead on. White liberals proclaimed Kwanza to be something blacks in Africa did for thousands of years, only to find some stool pigeon of the FBI invented it in the 1960’s.
Liberals are the most hate-filled, mean-spirited, envious, resentful, vicious, close-minded, violent, murdering, censoring, book-burning, ignorant, uneducated, unskilled, childish, prejudiced, racist, women-hating, man-hating, perverted, thieving, American-hating, Christian-hating, muslim-loving, communist, vulgar, dirty, smelly, regressive, restrictive, prohibitive, bed-wetting, and scared little lying idiots God has ever created.
But it was fun doing the research and even getting paid for it...:^)
They’re confusing “arousal” with “competitive attention.”
Sociologists have long known that women pay attention to other women, mostly in two ways.
1) Are they using different ‘attention getting’ techniques to attract males?, and
2) Are those techniques working?
If you look at humans like they were just another animal species, you would note that males tend to ignore females until females “display” themselves, through dress and behavior. At which time males suddenly act like lions watching a group of gazelles.
Such displays indicate that females are interested in mating, and its starts active competition between females, as well as between males.
This simple process crops up all the time in our behavior. Sometimes females want to look identical, other times they want to look unique (”I can’t go in there, there’s a woman wearing my same hat!”)
A lot of women are unable to tell how much uniqueness in dress is good, so end up looking bizarre. Others try to go “whole hog” with partial or complete nudity. Still others become “attention whores” who will do anything to get the attention of others, men and women.
And men are just as ridiculous in their competition for mates.
Yet it’s important to note that while people are compelled to do such things, and many more, it doesn’t mean that their signals are noticed by the opposite sex.
This can be frustrating, and has been called the “lesbian sheep” paradox. When female sheep want to mate, they simply stop moving, so they can be mounted by a ram. However, this means that there is no way to tell if there are lesbian sheep, because even if they wanted to, they would just stand there, immobile, while wanting the other sheep to do something.
Human females have a similar problem when trying to attract males. Rigid facial muscles are seen as “feminine”, whereas movement in facial muscles are seen as “masculine”, so women will have geisha faces, relying on their passive display to attract males. As such, they think they are sending out glaring “come hither” signals.
Males, for the most part, are oblivious. If they get what they *think* is a signal, they react very quickly, if they are interested. Otherwise they are just as likely to show interest in women who are not displaying.
Bottom line, the vast majority of women are straight.
Who pays for these studies? And, why?
Any man that loves a woman has been attracted to another. They may dislike many things about this other, but MAN she turns their screws, and I mean tight. This is lust.
Love is what you feel for your children, your parents and your spouse. It is what will drive you to die or at least go to extreme lengths just to avoid hurting them. Spousal love is very close to familial love. The best part, having sex is allowed with the spouse, it is encouraged and healthy too.
Sex with the same sexed individual, with strangers, with people other than the one you committed to, is wrong and humans MUST train themselves to turn from it. For down that path lies madness, disease and an unhappy ending.
I am thinking that the educated among us will never get that into their thick skulls
If Homosexuality was still defined as an act, child molestation by priests, coaches, parents and pedophiles would have to be classified differently. They would be called properly, homosexual pedophiles. Of course in the case of heterosexual abuse, heterosexual pedophiles.
This could not be allowed, as the facts would be self explanatory.
The authors are thinking like men.
Women get aroused at the thought of sex. (Men do, too, of course.) Images of naked women make women think of sex, because let’s face it: very few images of naked women in our society are not sexual. It’s not that the image of naked woman makes women desire sex with that woman.
The other night I told hubby that a woman on tv was pretty despite her gray scraggly hair and hardly a tooth in her head. He, of course, thought I’d lost my mind. He couldn’t understand that there was beauty in the shape of her nose and cheeks, and the way she carried herself and that there was warmness in her eyes. That has nothing to do with any sort of sexual arousal. He and the authors of the study fail to differentiate beauty from sex.
The science of this is now settled, and our public schools are now teaching the kids the proper way to look at these things.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all. They claim to be born that way and then spend an awful lot of time trying to convince normal women they are homosexual.
I think men do begin to ‘differentiate’ - when they get old. Before then, there’s just too much ‘noise’ ;-)

Slap the word “Science” on a honeydipper truck and the Lefties will believe it.
The word “science” is like a magical talisman to them or like saying abra cadabra. Any Socialist nonsense can be made real by claiming that it is science.
I even ran onto a Leftie that said that that the of the Scientific Method is just some old fashioned notion that you learned in High School.

Damn shame about Jayne. Her crash put impetus into requiring the “Mansfield bars” on all trailers and box trucks.
