We have a real butcher down the road, but it’s probably not what you have in mind, LOL! It’s a place where you bring un your critter and they’ll hand it back in neat packages.
LOL.
We do have a few ‘real butchers’ around here; but it’s not like Paris, where you can just walk to the marketplace to find one. You have to drive...a long way.
