We have a lot of Italians down here. Some even speak with that New England accent and these people have been here for generations. I know people with surnames such as Gambino,Rizzo,Gatto,Tattaglia,Costello,Barzini(he's an old guy that lives up the street from me), giovanni(He's a damn good plumber).

Carlos Marcello ran the French Quarter. Louis Prima was born and raised in New Orleans.

My neighbor behind me looks like he is straight out of The Godfather or The Sopranos. I don't recall his last name but his first is Paul.
