I say go for it. I think they d be surprised about how fair but hard-hitting the questions would be. And let them spend their money on a GOP debate. I want to see it!!
Ironically, or maybe Begala intended this, this mirrors Ted Cruzs suggestion for the moderators right after this last debate, with the exception of Mark Levin subbing in for O Reilly.
I have a feeling if they took the challenge all of a sudden Begala would shut his big stupid mouth .

He can’t even get the names right. It would be Mark Levin not Bill O’Reilly. O’Reilly would be as bad as Bret Baier or MeGYN Kelly.
Republican candidates should have a real debate with real moderators. Offer it to Netflix and Amazon for streaming. Let them advertise the heck out of it. Put it on all talk radio. Bypass the dead leftist media completely. Afterwards, post to YouTube and let everyone else see it.

In the general, negotiate hard to get balanced terms. No rat will agree to balanced terms, be prepared to not have any debates with the communist party.
