Seriously, I’m in Alabama, I can speak from experience—the KKK is dead and gone.
No more meetings, no more members. Most of those who KKK are by now in their 80s—if still alive—and I haven’t heard of a meeting or sign up in decades. I had an old neighbor back in the late 1990s tell me he was a pretty active wizard at one time, but doesn’t do it anymore. I didn’t say anything but “Oh, really, you don’t say?”, and never asked about it again. He died several years ago.
If there is even 500 active Klansmen left in the USA today I’d be very surprised.
