These are HTML escape codes that are not part of the ASCII character set that FR uses. Nothing to worry about.
You just have to keep in mind that these strange characters (black diamond-question marks, or the string of 3 oddball characters seen in my post above) are replacing certain types of apostrophes and quotation marks. Not all types.
