“True, journalism isn’t perfect. But such widespread disdain toward journalists is predicated upon exaggerations and misconceptions.”
Who are you going to believe, me or your lying eyes?
BS
Any of the numerous scandals that involved the Clintons or Obama would have led the MSM news night after night and sunk a GOP administration
There is this misconception that Jason Blair’s articles were made up.
People in the news business know better.
All those stories were true, and he was railroaded. That is why he is now employed to teach journalism ethics. That way every reporter can learn to be as diligent and professional as he is.
From alexberezow.com:
“Though he claims humble Midwestern roots and common sense values, in reality, he is often found spending an inordinate amount of money drinking fancy coffees (specifically, triple-shot, iced, vanilla lattes). He is also known to vacation frequently in Europe with his Polish-born wife.”
Sorry. After all that, not a trustworthy IMO.
No, I think it is probably worse than what "many believe" actually. When the "news" media works in concert spreading the administration's daily narrative as fact, propping up candidates and entrenched political operatives who lean to the left and at the same time refuse to do real investigative journalism of the same, it is a problem.
Hmmmm, let me think. Who do I want to get rid of the most, Justin Bieber or the MSM????
Give me a minute, it’s a hard choice.
After you realize the media is nothing more than a bunch of DNC ACTIVISTS everything makes sense. Stop calling these people journalists. They are ACTIVISTS promoting their agenda and their people.
Never fear, fellow centrists and communists, all is well, and we are in fact doing a bang up job:
Clearly, the American media has a net positive effect on society. And the media, as a whole, is more centrist and fair than the talking heads would have you believe. Still, if you disagree, you always have the freedom to change the channel.
Lol. To any of our other leftist indoctrination channels.
If you can’t believe a lefty college professor saying that the MSM isn’t biased who ARE you going to believe???
Item for the Prosecution
Dan Rather and CBS News create a myth with false document to try an sabotage a sitting President's reelection campaign
The mega lies told during Katrina by all the media outlets
The current attempt to whitewash Hillary Clinton's disastrous performance at the Benghazi hearings as some sort of triumph
Obama talking about his “Muslim Faith” only to have the “Journalist” correct him by saying “You mean your Christan Faith”
Witness for the defense:
“Well you rubes are just too stupid to understand what brilliant wonderful work we Journalists do.”
No, its based on you being leftist lying weasels.
The media is corporate owned, Corporate owned. Let that sink in for a moment.
First they say they are not biased, then go on to list ways they are biased.
Another MSMer breathing his own exhaust.
When the MSM admits Barack Obama with Hillary Clinton covered up the Benghazi terrorist attack that killed a US Ambassador and 3 other US citizens with their video lie for pure political reasons, 6 weeks before the 2012 Presidential Election, then I’ll re-evaluate my low opinion of them.
I didn’t get any further in the article once it mentioned that Susan Collins was a centrist Republican.
Like alcoholics, leftist shills never believe they’re leftist shills.
As this writer confirms.
” The author cites a 2005 study that concluded that, while most newspapers are center-left, 18 of the 20 media outlets it examined held political positions that were in between Joe Lieberman (a centrist Democrat) and Susan Collins (a centrist Republican).”
A centrist is somebody who is willing to compromise with a liberal. But anything liberal ratchets the entire society to the left. You can’t ever back up. A typical compromise is enacting a socialist policy in three years rather than today. A centrist touts that as a win.
Gee, could that be why your newspapers have shrunk to the size of Kroger “Buy One, Get One Free” flyer — and are about as interesting?
