Berlin (AFP) - As the thermometer dips towards zero in Germany, thousands of asylum seekers spending their nights in tents are pleading for authorities to find them alternative housing.
"They say they are going to do something, but they are not telling us what. Maybe we are all going to turn to ice," said a 25-year-old Afghan who went by the name Hussein, and who has been living in one of several tent cities set up by authorities in the northern city of Hamburg.
"We cannot be under the tent for more than an hour at night," he said.
At the major northern port, as in other parts of the country, sleeping without heating is quickly becoming a nightmare as the temperatures tumble close to freezing.

Is it just me are does warm weather make you lazy. It seems that all the most wealthiest and productive countries are in colder climates. The tropical countries are usually dirt poor.

This might be an excellent time for Muslims to rethink their beliefs & adjust their attitudes. Also would be a great time to send some of their unelected leaders to visit some of these places as well. They are the ones really needing to re-think their positions. Their countries are backwards mainly because of the leadership I believe.

The Left intends to penetrate conservative electoral strongholds by planting colonies of benefits consuming, unassimilable Dem clients with high birth rates in low population states.
The excess votes provide no advantage in areas already under firm Dem electoral control, but using them as electoral shock troops undermines local conservative strength, sows discord and “brings the war home to Main Street” more surely than the anti-war Left of the ‘60s did with violence and mass protests.
The people doing this are the same enemies now as then, with the same goal; the destruction of the culture they despise.
They’re just older, with better haircuts and hygiene and they drink Scotch now instead of smoking weed.

Headline in a few more years;
“Foul migrants bite crying Germans freezing cold as*.”

My former CEO (in Japan) had a similar theory. I pointed out two notable exceptions: Taiwan and Singapore. He said neither counted because the major ethnic group in both was rabidly anti-Communist Chinese.
