I can just imagine a failsafe balloon opens up if drone gets zapped.

Thing is many many years ago they made clockwork servo controls for amateur rc aircraft, terrorists can do the same, use nitro fuel, no electrical controls at all, just a programmed clockwork much like a music box.

Kinda goes both ways, freedom to own a drone in defiance while at the same time knowing terrorists are thinking the same thing.

What we need obviously is a civilian drone air force, hundreds of armed drones working together, some have air to air offensive abilities, some are video recon, some are bombers.
