Under what legal mechanism can the US start holding people who are not charged with anything? Also many Im sure had diplomatic immunity.

I have an even bigger objection to Bush not going to war with the Saudi’s since they were the state sponsors of terrorism responsible for 911. Objection #2 was that he went after Saddam under false pretenses. And Objection #3 was that he piddled along, wasting human and monetary treasure for years and not winning in either Iraq or Afghanistan! All of these failings gave us Obola!
