Yesterday the weather was wonderful, today not bad. Heading into some 35 degree night weather soon. May get a first frost here in a few days.

Have a pink Camellia Sasanqua shrub about 6 feet tall that is blooming like crazy. Nice.

One more (oriental) persimmon on the tree out back. I forgot to go down by the river and look for paw-paws this year. Lots of those trees on the banks of the James River in Richmond.

I wish I knew where to look for some paw paws here. They are supposed to be native to Missouri-I have never seen or tasted one.
