I'll start it off in no certain order:
"Here's looking at you kid." Casablanca
"Make my day". Dirty Harry
"You had me at hello." Jerry Mcquire
"You make me complete." Jerry Mcguire
"We were on a break!" Friends
"Norm!" Cheers
"To the moon, Alice." The Honeymooners
-Top Gun-
“The closer you get to Canada, the more things’ll eat your horse” The Missouri Breaks
"It ain't fittin'. It just ain't fittin'...it ain't fittin'." (Gone with the Wind 1939)
"It is recognized that you have a funny sense of fun." (Lawrence of Arabia 1962)
"Mrs. Robinson...you're trying to seduce me!" (The Graduate 1967)
"I'm sorry, Dave, I'm afraid I can't do that." (2001: A Space Odyssey 1968)
"I'm walking here!" (Midnight Cowboy 1969)
"Hey you bastards, I'm still here!" (Papillon 1973)
"Anyway, we delivered the bomb." (Jaws 1975)
"Is it safe?" (Marathon Man 1976)
"I AM NOT AN ANIMAL!" (Elephant Man 1980)
"Here's Johnny!" (The Shining 1980)
"All those moments will be lost in time...like tears in rain." (Blade Runner 1982)
"I'm not an actor! I'm a movie star!" (My Favorite Year 1982)
"I'll be back." (The Terminator 1984)
"Game over, man. Game over!" (Aliens 1986)
"I'm an excellent driver." (Rain Man 1988)
"It's not a tumor!" (Kindergarten Cop 1990)
"Your ancestors are niggers." (True Romance 1993)
"My mama always said, 'Life is like a box of chocolates.'" (Forrest Gump 1994)
"I see dead people." (The Sixth Sense 1999)
"Are you not entertained!?" (Gladiator 2000)
"For tonight we dine in hell" (300 2006)
That skit still has me in stitches.
I can’t remember either, but remember he was dressed up like a Nazi solider and said it with a thick German accent? What was that all about?
And of course we can’t forget Lilly Tomlin from that show. One ringy-dingy (still used right here on the Canteen threads!)
And, Edith Ann “and that’s the trufe!”.
We have an office chair (I’m sitting in it right now) and hubby lowers it and I raise it, but my problem is that it sinks down over time and then I am real short. I always said “Edith Ann, Edith Ann, I don’t want to be Edith Ann!” and then get out and raise it up again.
Just about to post that, but you beat me to it!
I’ve never seen Gran Torino, but I like this scene and line:

I like that one from Unforgiven.
lol...I just watched Love at First Bite on You Tube the other night. Hadn’t seen it in years.
One thing I didn’t like about the movie is how the hero martyred himself.
It’s an annoying trend in movies lately.
Fight back against the bad guys and die seems to be the message. Bugs me.
Interesting. Not sure I would enjoy the movie in total...maybe parts.
Jeff Spicoli: “You dick!”
It’s worth watching, especially if you know someone like Clint Eastwood’s character.
Extremely funny in places.
“Danger, Will Robinson!”
One of the greatest lines ever uttered in a movie!
Hands down this is the funniest episode of any TV show ever to hit the airwaves. Anyone I show it to literally laughs out loud to the point of tears.
Do you know the character had lung cancer? He made his own death matter instead of dying in a hospice somewhere surrounded by strangers.
Yes, I’m aware of that.
The trend is there though.
