No problem believing that aboriginal American existence could be pretty rough and violent. Quite often during early colonial times, one tribe would beg the palefaces, with their superior weaponry, to help it against another tribe.

Yeah, some of those tribes viciousness made ISIS look like happy fun time. People are so ignorant of their own country’s history. There was war with the Indians for darn good reasons and the revisionists (communists) want everyone to think we wanted a genocide. It’s not true.

Pretty much all Indian tribes tortured and slaughtered. To get a flavor of how Indians treated their captives you should read a book called The Wild Frontier by William Osborn. Another descriptive book is A Fate Worse Than Death by Michno. There are quite a few books that describe in non-PC detail just how barbarous was "the noble Red Man."
