Call the FBI and your local LEOs and report this. It is probably nothing (I remember seeing a family off in the corner praying to Mecca years ago in Madison square garden) but you have a bad feeling and that is enough. Look they say “if you see something say something” and I think you should do that.

I was at a Spain bus terminal with my husband in the evening. We were looking for the bus schedules for traveling the next day. My husband notices 3 Arabic looking men casing the place. They were walking around, not interested in bus schedules, but checking out the physical area. They then sat down and started talking to each other. What I really noticed was that they had dead eyes. Scary looking dead eyes. I immediately start looking for security, no security office was there.
I never reported it. When I went home, I told my friends that Spain would be the next terror target, and that Al Queda was going to hit the public transportation system. Six months later, the train bombing occurred in Madrid.
If I was you, I would report what you saw to the head of security at the mall.I don't know if calling the police in my situation would have helped or not, but you never know, it may help.

As an Oregonian whose wife shops at the Woodburn Outlets. What you saw has me concerned enough to tell my wife that it is probably best to avoid the Woodburn Outlets for a while and I am wondering if I should pass it on to people at my church. Please, Please contact the police or the FBI so that they can follow this up.

I live in Portland and work for a company that has a store in that mall. After 9/11 I saw something in downtown Portland that I reported to the FBI. FORTUNATELY nothing came of it but to this day I think something was very wrong with what I saw.

We aren’t supposed to ignore our instincts - use them. Don’t feel weird about calling the FBI - just think how awful you’d feel if they did bomb the mall and you had said nothing.

You should have asked him how he got those chemical burns? And then asked them if they were christians and if they knew God’s one and only Son? And then told the woman that wearing that head scarf will not make God love her any more or less. And then ask them how long they’ve been in this country and where they came from originally. And then ask why so many people accept the false prophet Mohammad.... That should get the conversation off to an interesting start that may help you figure out what the deal was .... :)
