All there stuff is good and online....their andouille is better than average ...not the best..but it's decent enough...when cooked down in a well cooked gumbo

Sometimes I cheat and make it without roux to reduce the calorie count. I know, I know, it’s sacrilege.
Someone upthread told me Justin Wilson was half-Cajun.
Evidently that was the half that could cook and tell jokes.
