A fraternity at the University of Indiana has been suspended after video surfaced of what is purported to be a member being forced to perform oral sex on a woman as fellow members goad him on.

Was a gun put to his head? Or did he choose to go ahead as the freely accepted price of getting into the frat? If both parties freely consented, then who is the injured party?
