Yeah I get the same message from Avast. It says:
URL: http://www.quote-coyote.com/album/small/Stephen-King-Quotes.jpg
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe
The website name is doing the triggering...It must be on their caution list...I don’t see anything in the image. Someone may have reported it to Avast.
