P.S. Every day when I fire up my laptop with Windows 7, there’s a pop-up from MicroSoft telling me to download W-10. Why should I or shouldn’t I?

I've downloaded Windows 10 on my desktop and on my Dell tablet, but I can't download it to my laptop. Too old to be supported, so you may have the same problem.

I'm satisfied with W-10 on the two machines that will run it. Not really sure it's better than W-8, but at least it's not worse. Worth getting for newer features.
