MS had free-and-clear access to every beta of El Capitan, yet apparently they did absolutely NOTHING to even look at compatibility with El Capitan... How utterly typical of MS.
By the way - very few apps required significant changes for El Capitan compatibility - only change really “necessary” for most would be to take advantage of the split screen stuff...
